The place is located very close to Parramatta mall and train station. The quick walk to mall is awesome to have a quick bite or a coffee.

Nancy is a fantastic host. Her checkin instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The apartment is awesome, just as it looks in the pictures. It is very clean and comfortable.

This is one of the most homelike apartments we’ve ever been. Nancy and Chris are professional, proactive and very warmly engaged. Chris even waited for us at the car park garage to ensure our early check in.

Nancy’s apartment was spacious, clean & comfortable. It’s just a short stroll to Westfield, multiple restaurants & eateries, trains, light rail & a 25 minute walk to the Ferry. Nancy was very easy to communicate with.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chris and Nancy's apartment in Parramatta. They were excellent hosts, providing a pedestal fan to help with my heat intolerance and ensuring my needs were met.

Great property. Amazing views. (Should try the view on level 40). It’s so close to the Parramatta Westfield and other attractions. Great facilities and appliances and absolutely matched the description on the ad.

It’s honestly quite rare these days to find a place that really matches what’s advertised, so this was a pleasant surprise. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
