Polly's place was Brand New and very conveniently located. Studio itself was spacious and clean. Polly was very responsive and also accommodated late checkout for us which helped us massively with the little one.

The place exactly matched the pictures and more beautiful than expected. It’s located near to the train station, many shops, parks in walking distance. The view from the balcony was exceptional. Worth paying, highly recommended.

We booked this stay for one of our employees who was attending a week of study at Granville Tafe. It was located close to the tafe, Woolworths and had plenty of on street parking available for his vehicle.
