Staff were great and very helpful. Communication from team was great. Would have liked some throw pillows for the sofa. Balcony was smaller than expected. Had some minor issues with the shower however staff were proactive in assisting to resolve

BulesaStayed May 2026 · Popular One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony & PoolIdeal location close to public transport, motorways and services. Modern and clean room and building. Room had kitchen with dishwasher. Restaurant on site but also close to Norwest restaurants and shops.
Had a wonderful stay at Punthill cozy, clean, and perfectly located as it’s a 5-6 min walk to norwest shopping centre. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home.
